We are looking for a construction superintendent/project manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning,scheduling, budgeting and implementation.

Responsibilities:

-Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation

-Allocate resources for assigned projects

-supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors

-Property management of real estate owned

Qualifications:

-Previous experiance in construction management or other related fields

-strong leadership qualities

-willingness to learn all aspects of real estate development
