**Job Description:**

As a Client Service Coordinator at Brown Insurance Group, you will play a pivotal role in providing outstanding service to our clients while also having the opportunity to grow and develop your career. Your responsibilities will include:

- Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person, and providing accurate and timely information regarding insurance policies, coverage, and claims.

- Assisting clients with policy changes, updates, and endorsements, and guiding them through the claims process with empathy and professionalism.

- Maintaining detailed records of client interactions and transactions and collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge of the insurance industry.

- Engaging in mentorship opportunities with experienced team members to gain insights and guidance for career growth and advancement within the company.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a genuine desire to help and serve others.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

- Ability to obtain state insurance Property & Casualty License withing six months of employment.

- Proficiency in computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office suite.

- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the role and the company.

- Required education - High school diploma

Job Type: Full-time
