We are now looking for Sales Representatives!

Our Sales Reps can seek their full potential here, where the value of their customer service delivery will never go unnoticed, with lots of career advancement opportunities and unlimited income potential.
Outside Sales Consultants connect customers with comfort through simple heating, cooling, and air quality upgrades, or whole system replacements.

What you can expect:

- Working with good quality leads provided by out prospecting team
- Opportunity to earn $60-$130k per year, with uncapped commission
- After training, you will earn a draw or commission on a weekly basis.
- Sales Training provided by in-house Learning & Development team.
- Training including but not limited to technical, sales, safety, leadership, systems training.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience selling residential services preferred but not required
• HVAC specific experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to commute to our office in Pompano Beach
• A proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid Drivers license
• Speaking Spanish is a plus but not a requirement

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home consultations to assess customers' HVAC needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and meet revenue targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable HVAC products and services.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement business development strategies.
