Job description

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to patients in their homes.

Responsibilities:

- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary requirements
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Assist with mobility and transfers 
- Follow care plans and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals

Qualifications:

- Experience in senior care or related field is preferred
- Ability to lift and move patients with care and compassion
- Familiarity with medical documentation and HIPAA regulations
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide patient-centered care

We require a clean background check and drug screening, valid drivers license, your own transportation, the ability to work at least 2 weekend days a month.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.50 - $15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week

Available shifts 

Waterville 8am-8pm and 8pm-8am 

Toledo 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am

Toledo 8am-noon

Temperance 8am-noon

Lambertville 8am-noon

Trenton 10am-6pm
