<p><strong>Bakery Clerk</strong></p><ul><li>Answer phones in a polite manner using proper and appropriate language</li><li>Greet Customers in a pleasant and helpful manner</li><li>Fill bakery orders for Customers</li><li>Process Customer payments</li><li>Prepare and serve coffee and specialty drinks</li><li>Re-stock and arrange baked goods in an attractive manner in bakery cases, shelves and counters&nbsp;</li><li>Wipe tables &amp; counters, sweep &amp; mop floors and clean display case fronts (Include Store, Dining Area &amp; Outdoor Patio), assist with cleaning of Kitchen and Bathrooms and keeping basement tidy</li><li>Learn bakery item ingredients to assist Customers with allergies</li><li>Learn bakery item names to assist Customers with selections</li><li>Be comfortable standing for long periods of time</li><li>Be agile and flexible to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs)</li><li>Scoop and serve gelato and Italian ice and make Cannoli’s to order</li><li>Complete any additional tasks/duties/responsibilities as assigned by the Management Staff</li></ul><p>Please remember – We are a customer oriented business and must make each guest feel welcome and appreciated.&nbsp;</p>
