Bakery Clerk

• Answer phones in a polite manner using proper and appropriate language
• Greet Customers in a pleasant and helpful manner
• Fill bakery orders for Customers
• Process Customer payments
• Prepare and serve coffee and specialty drinks
• Re-stock and arrange baked goods in an attractive manner in bakery cases, shelves and counters 
• Wipe tables & counters, sweep & mop floors and clean display case fronts (Include Store, Dining Area & Outdoor Patio), assist with cleaning of Kitchen and Bathrooms and keeping basement tidy
• Learn bakery item ingredients to assist Customers with allergies
• Learn bakery item names to assist Customers with selections
• Be comfortable standing for long periods of time
• Be agile and flexible to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs)
• Scoop and serve gelato and Italian ice and make Cannoli’s to order
• Complete any additional tasks/duties/responsibilities as assigned by the Management Staff
