ABOUT US:

Skipton Law is an estate planning and elder law firm serving the needs of families and individuals throughout the Denver area. RESPONSIBILITIES, include but are not limited to:

  • Answer phone and route calls. More specifically:

 

  • Induct new clients into the firm’s procedures using tact and discernment, guiding the caller towards either enrolling in a firm workshop or scheduling an initial consultation with the Client Services Director.  Begin lasting client relationship with the firm based on quality of responsiveness and understanding. Responsible for capturing contact information and inputting into the firm database.

 

  • Manage requests from existing clients by appropriately satisfying requests or escalating concerns to the appropriate person in the firm.  Develop rapport with existing clients as their primary point of contact, thus strengthening firm’s reputation.

 

  • Follow up with those who have fallen off firm’s calendar to ensure that leads are not lost.

 

  • Prepare email or mail confirmation letters for all appointments and make reminder phone calls the day prior to the appointment, as well as sending out confirmation letters/emails and making reminder phone calls prior to the workshops.

 

  • Maintain and update the firm’s CRM (Client Relationship Management) software for each client file as it evolves over time.      This includes entering personal information, tracking appointments, and monitoring cashflow over time. 

 

  • Use CRM software to develop weekly reports tracking statistics for these clients and accountability for law firm team members. Maintain electronic files for each client.

 

 

  • Prepare all client files for the day’s meetings to ensure all necessary materials are in the file and track ongoing client status.

 

 

  • Set up in-office workshops by creating and distributing materials, as well as greeting guests upon their arrival.

 

  • Deliver final product by preparing binders, copies, and scans of executed estate documents.

 

  • Process incoming and outgoing mail for the firm.

 

  • Work on supplemental projects to assist attorney and paralegals with high workload circumstances.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associate Degree or High School Diploma/equivalent with 2-3 years customer service experience.
