We are expanding and looking for an experienced HVAC TECHNICIAN, who is dedicated and motivated, and seeking Full-Time hours to work on residential and light commercial air conditioning and furnaces for a company that promotes advancement and constant training to keep with the rapidly evolving industry

Responsibilities:

• Complete service calls with minimal technical assistance
• Contribute to our team's performance and schedule
• Work as a team member to solve problems or issues
• Maintain high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Must have a Minimum of 3 years Furnace and A/C Field Experience
• Flexible with schedule; Willing to work overtime, nights, and weekend hours
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good communication skills, and mechanical aptitude
• Professional demeanor, solid interpersonal skills with good written and oral communication capability
• Must be EPA Certified
• Must have a Valid Texas Driver’s License, and a clean Driving Record
• Must be able to successfully pass a Background and Drug test
• NATE Certification is a plus
