We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a Subrogation Analyst. The Subrogation Analyst will be responsible for investigating, evaluating, and recovering losses incurred by our organization through subrogation processes. This role requires a keen understanding of insurance policies, legal procedures, and negotiation tactics.
Key Responsibilities:


Investigation: Conduct thorough investigations into the circumstances surrounding losses incurred by the organization. This includes reviewing insurance policies, claim documents, accident reports, and any other relevant information to determine liability and subrogation potential.


Evaluation: Assess the viability of subrogation claims by analyzing policy coverage, liability factors, and potential recovery amounts. Utilize data analysis and risk assessment techniques to make informed decisions regarding the pursuit of subrogation.


Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all subrogation activities, including correspondence, settlement agreements, and payment transactions. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies throughout the documentation process.


Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as claims adjusters, legal counsel, and finance professionals to gather necessary information, coordinate efforts, and streamline subrogation procedures. Foster positive working relationships to facilitate efficient resolution of subrogation matters.

Qualifications:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex information and make sound judgments.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software applications.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in documentation and reporting.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
