Job Description:

As a Door-to-Door Canvasser at AJ's Dent, you will be the face of our company, playing a crucial role in promoting our hail damage repair services. Your goal will be to engage with potential customers at their homes, educate them about our services, and set up appointments for estimates and repairs.

Responsibilities:

• Travel to assigned neighborhoods and engage with potential customers through door-to-door visits.
• Clearly communicate the benefits and features of AJ's Dent services.
• Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate services.
• Set up appointments for estimates with our technicians.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions with potential customers.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly quotas for customer engagement and appointments set.
• Provide feedback to the management on customer interactions and market dynamics.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and municipal bylaws regarding door-to-door solicitation.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive abilities and a customer-oriented approach.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required; further education will be considered an asset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid Driver's License
