Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a SWPPP Inspector. The SWPPP (Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan) Inspector will be responsible for conducting inspections to ensure compliance with environmental laws and regulations related to stormwater management on construction sites. The inspector will assess and document potential sources of pollution, evaluate the implementation of best management practices, and provide recommendations for improvement. They will also work closely with project managers, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure adherence to environmental standards.
 

Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
 

• Knowledge of environmental regulations and best management practices related to stormwater management
• Experience in conducting inspections and assessments
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential sources of pollution
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Proficiency in using environmental compliance software and tools
• Experience in the construction industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
