If you are a recent college grad looking to get your foot in the door at a dynamic fast paced Organization - then look no further!  International Packaging is currently expanding our Sales team adding a net-new logo Sales Representative. 

 

This is a full cycle sales position offering a comprehensive training program which will set you up for success in a lucrative career!   80% of the role will be responsible for prospecting new customers as well as negotiating and closing deals. 20% of the role will be calling into existing Accounts to upsell services.

This position is working in the office at our Minneapolis HQ.  

 

Job Type: Full time  

Job Location: Minneapolis, MN 

Compensation: $60,000 - $90,000 includes base plus commission.  PTO, 401K match, and complete benefits package. 

 

As an Account Executive, you will: 

  • Actively prospect into new Accounts to identify Decision Makers. 
  • Conduct F2F presentations in Client meetings.
  • Upsell into existing Accounts to land and expand the business.
  • Negotiate and close opportunities.
  • Document activities, update opportunities, and keep a current pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Work with the Estimating Team on quotes.
  • Present and negotiate proposals to Clients.
  • Develop and Execute sales plans to achieve personal targets. 
  • Interact with multi-department Leaders as needed on projects.
  • Understand industry specific trends and market landscapes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Skills and Qualifications: 

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills 
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish 
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills 
  • Demonstrable success in articulating distinct aspects of services and products 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) 
  • Independent, self-motivated, dependable, and resourceful 
  • Ability to motivate and organize multiple efforts to accomplish goals 

 

Education/Experience: 

  • Internship or 1 year of sales experience required 
  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Packaging, print, retail, or related industry experience preferred 
  • Salesforce experience a plus. 

 

Physical Requirements:  

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer 
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times
