Responsibilities
Deliver dynamic and challenging workouts to clients of all fitness levels, while leading a team of trainers to execute the standards of Burn Boot Camp training
Strong ability to engage and motivate multiple clients at one time, providing form correction and modifications to all in a positive and encouraging way
Train approximately 20-25 camps per week - Lead, motivate, and modify for clients of all fitness levels through intense and safe training sessions
Lead a team– Uphold the high standards of Burn Boot Camp within your training team through consistent team training and development
Facilitate and execute consistent training sessions with the training team to ensure constant growth and progression
Understand the needs and goals of the business and influence the gym to hit targets
Nutrition consultations- Facilitate client success, tracking, uphold client attendance and accountability
Excellent customer service— Add more value to our members by providing genuine interaction, empathetic engagement, and consistent devotion to their goals
Knowledge— Possess the skills and ability to conduct and communicate safe and effective exercises for clients of all backgrounds and experience levels
Facility management— Assist with maintaining studio standards of equipment
Utilize a combination of the Burn Boot Camp sales approach and your personality to drive membership growth
“Lead up” by identifying areas of opportunity to improve the business and working with the leadership team to execute a plan

Qualifications
Certified Personal Training certification (NASM, ISSA, ACE, ACSM, NSCA) OR 4-year Exercise Science or Kinesiology degree required
CPR/AED certified
Minimum 1 year experience in personal training or coaching group fitness with no gap in experience
Ability to work and train clients of all ages and fitness backgrounds
Ability to work within and drive a team environment
Positive attitude, energetic, highly motivated, and fun
Train within the Burn Boot Camp guidelines
Must be able to give clear instruction, proper exercise modification, and challenge clients to achieve their fitness and health goals
Ability to pass the Burn Boot Camp Strength and Conditioning Test (SAC)
