Our company is searching for an Office Intern. Part of your duties includes Performing various office duties, including processing mail, managing inventory and answering phone calls. Assist with preparation for meetings and events, you will also manage customer queries and complaints. You will be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.

Responsibilities:
- Individuals who are confident with dealing with difficult conversations and vulnerable customers over the phone.
- Building rapport/relationships with your customers and clients.
- Good attentions to details.
- Following the process and guidelines that fall in line with company
- Correctly entering customer payment details into systems - ensuring
these are entered accurately first time round.

- Excellent numerical and IT skills
- Flexibility to adapt well to change and the ability to use your
initiative to resolve issues
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Accurate typing skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work in a fast paced office environment as part of a
