Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to our management team and assist with various administrative tasks. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.
Duties:
- Perform general administrative duties such as, responding to emails, and managing calendars
- Prepare and edit documents, including correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Assist with financial tasks such as bank reconciliation, double entry bookkeeping, and balance sheet reconciliation
- Support payroll processing and ensure accuracy of employee records
- Assist with financial report writing and analysis
- Conduct account reconciliation and assist with corporate accounting tasks
- Utilize technical accounting skills to ensure accuracy of financial data
- Use Quickbooks software to manage financial transactions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of public accounting principles and practices
- Familiarity with payroll processes and procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
