• What You'll Do: Safely and efficiently teach driving lessons in their neighborhood.
• Work Type: Flexible, independent contractor role in your neighborhood.
• Pay Structure: $25 per hour.
• Earn: $25-$1,200 Weekly Payouts - Beginning first Friday following first lesson.

**Bonus Incentive/Payout Schedule**

• Pay is $25hr.
• $50 bonus every 20th lesson without reschedules.
• $25 bonus and one-time payout first Friday following first lesson.!
• All instructors get paid via direct deposit every Friday morning at 10:00 AM.

Your weekly pay begins the first Friday following your first lesson!

- Best practices for instructor/community member communication

(Approximately 15 to 20 minutes)
While we encourage you to develop your unique teaching style, it's important to align with our training modules to ensure student safety and positive client experiences. .

If for any reason you're unable to attend your first meeting, don't worry. Simply inform us of your availability, and we'll make the necessary arrangements for your onboarding.
