BumbleBeesRus Early Childhood Education Program is expanding and currently seeking Lead Preschool Teachers.

The Early Childhood Teacher position requires a dedicated professional with a strong background in early childhood education and classroom management. The ideal candidate will have experience in lesson planning, teaching, and childcare, along with excellent communication skills to effectively engage with students and parents. Premium skills such as curriculum development and behavior management will be advantageous in creating a nurturing and educational environment for young learners. Additionally, knowledge in childhood development and literacy education will be beneficial in promoting the growth and development of preschool-aged children. The successful candidate will hold at least an Associate degree in early childhood education, with a preference for candidates with a Bachelor's degree. This role will involve working closely with students, implementing educational programs, and fostering a positive learning environment to support the overall development of young children.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate degree in early childhood education, or Study Plan Eligible.
• 2 years of classroom experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• BA in Early Childhood
• 2 years of classroom experience.

Responsibilities:

• Create and employ lesson plans that are developmentally appropriate and meets the needs of children from diverse backgrounds.
• Responsible to manage the classroom space in such a way as to make learning possible and probable.
• Responsible for participating with a team (i.e. teacher assistant and Director) on an ongoing basis in planning curricula and adding the necessary parental contribution.
• Ensure that all required documentation is completed and complies with the standards set by Creative Curriculum/ funding source of the program.
