Basic Function/Overview: The Sous Chef provides an outstanding experience for our guests by helping plan and preparing food in our kitchens. The chef is responsible for helping ensure the quality and variety of the menu meets the needs and expectations of our guests. Food preparation as well as some administrative duties are integral parts of this position.
