Office Administrator :

  • Full-Time
  • In Office position – No remote work

  • Pay:  $25 an hour for training with an opportunity for an increased salary once completed

Company Overview:

We are a family owned and operated General Contractor in Denver, CO. We aim to provide new construction and remodeling services while upholding principles of quality, honesty, and prompt delivery. We are a growing company looking to expand and would love for you to join our team!

We are seeking a detail-oriented person with a background in construction and permitting. This position requires a proactive and resourceful individual with excellent communication and multitasking skills. You will be responsible for permitting for our projects as well as a variety of administrative tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Contracts and Change Orders
  • Permitting and Inspections
  • Docu-Sign Management
  • Uploading all documents and photos to the CRM
  • Subcontractor Agreements
  • Answering phones
  • Drive / Sheets Maintenance - File Organizing (Hard and Digital)
  • Other Administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Background in residential and commercial construction
