We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Canvasser / Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will play a key role in generating leads and building customer relationships by reaching out to potential clients in targeted areas. This is a field-based position that requires door-to-door interaction, enabling direct engagement with the customer base.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door canvassing in designated neighborhoods to generate qualified leads.
• Deliver persuasive product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
• Build rapport with potential clients, understanding their needs, and promoting our products and services.
• Provide accurate information regarding the product features, pricing, and after-sales services.
• Capture and input customer information and interaction details into the CRM system.
• Attend team meetings and sales training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and contribute to a positive working environment.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and maintain professional relationships.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role is preferred but not essential.
• Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing and face-to-face selling.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to persuade others.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Self-driven with a results-driven approach.
• A friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Personal vehicle required
