Valoir will be hiring 1-2 Research Associates, who are rising College Seniors or recent graduates, for Summer 2024 with the possibility of permanent placement in the future. Remuneration is $15-20 an hour depending on experience. Research associates will work on a part or full-time basis (20-40 hours a week), with 1-2 in-person meetings per week. 

Job description – Research Associate

A research associate supports the analyst team’s research work in developing and publishing research reports and briefs. A successful associate will work with the analyst team to develop and field surveys and virtual focus groups, analyze market trends and product announcements, and draft and edit research reports and documents.

Responsibilities:

• Design and conduct surveys, interviews, and virtual focus groups, including identification of interview targets and phone and e-mail outreach
• Draft and edit reports on the customer experience and employee experience markets including customer relationship management (CRM) and human capital management (HCM) software and technologies.
• Analyze data and develop charts, graphs, and presentations to present to clients.
• Participate in analyst briefings 

Qualifications:

• Bachelors’ degree or pending degree required; advanced degrees a plus
• High degree of integrity and professionalism
• Excellent writing skills
• Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail
• Strong research, critical thinking, and Excel analysis skills
• Knowledge of technology and enterprise software applications preferred
