Creach Greenhouse is currently hiring for several full-time entry level seasonal order selectors (possible permanent based on positions available and performance). Order pickers are responsible for picking the orders that are designated for their department as well as keeping their workspaces clean.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with your team to complete orders and other tasks
• Operate a computer to print sales orders for the day then pull product for specific orders
• Responsible for identifying a plant that is ready for shipping vs needing more time to grow in the greenhouse
• Pushing and pulling of metal transport racks that can weigh up to 500 lbs when fully loaded
• Operate company power operated equipment (forklifts/pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be legal to work in the US
• Complete a background check
• This position is physically demanding and requires the applicant to be able to stand for your shift and lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, as well as function in physical positions such as stooping, bending, turning, twisting, walking, reaching and squatting.
• Ability to work in environmental conditions of cold, hot, wet and humid

Your schedule would be: 7:30am-4:00pm Monday - Friday. Overtime including some Saturdays only during peak season (April – May).
