Preferred skills and experience:

  • 2-3 years experience in customer service (spoken and written)
  • Call center experience (preferred)
  • Must be fluently bilingual (French and English)
  • Experience in Microsoft office (Outlook)
  • Experience in an ERP system
  • Works well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • Good communication skills
  • Team player

Responsibilities:

  • Processing quotes/orders/refunds and warranties into ERP system
  • Assisting customers and sales representatives via phone and email with their inquiries. Our clientele is 90% English and 10% French.
  • Following up on orders
  • Assisting team members to ensure work is completed in a timely manner

Pay: From $21.63 per hour
