We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to join our team.  As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing existing leads, building client relationships, and driving sales of our roofing products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate Leads: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online leads.
  • Nurture Leads: Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients who are not yet ready to make a purchase. Stay in regular contact to provide information, address questions, and build trust until they are ready to convert into customers.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints to offer tailored roofing solutions.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the features, benefits, and value proposition of our roofing products and services.
  • Quoting and Proposal Preparation: Prepare accurate and competitive quotes and proposals based on client requirements and project specifications. Ensure timely follow-up to secure sales.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Close sales and secure contracts for roofing projects.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers and installation crews, to ensure seamless execution of roofing projects. Provide support and assistance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Use market insights to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project status updates. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process. Address any concerns or issues promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Continued Learning: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry developments, and sales techniques through training sessions, workshops, and self-study.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to understand the technical aspects of roofing products and services.
  • Proficiency in CRM software.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in sales, particularly in the roofing or construction industry, is highly desirable.
  • Training or certification in sales techniques and customer relationship management is a plus.
