Position: Personal Trainer

Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and motivated Personal Trainer to join our team at Anytime Fitness in Dupont, WA. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for providing personalized fitness programs, guidance, and support to help our members reach their fitness goals. You will conduct one-on-one and small group training sessions, and provide ongoing encouragement and motivation to our members.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one and small group personal training sessions with members
• Develop customized fitness programs tailored to individual goals and abilities
• Provide ongoing support, guidance, and motivation to members
• Conduct fitness assessments and track progress
• Educate members on proper exercise techniques and nutrition principles
• Maintain a clean and safe workout environment
• Stay current on industry trends and certifications

Qualifications:

• Certified Personal Trainer through a nationally recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM)
• CPR/AED certification required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals
• Ability to motivate and inspire members of all fitness levels
• Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition
• Previous experience in personal training or group fitness instruction preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
