Role Overview 

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Registration Coordinator to join us in a part-time remote role. This position requires being comfortable and skilled using computers for extended periods and someone that thrives in a digital environment. This is a 15-20 hours per week leading up to the start of soccer seasons each Spring and Fall. Less than 8 hours per week early summer and winter. As a Registration Coordinator, you'll be at the intersection of our player and coach registration processes, ensuring seamless operations and maintaining impeccable records. From managing registrations to providing stellar customer service, your contributions will directly impact the success of our club

Pay Rate: $25-$45/per hour Part-Time Position 

Special Conditions of Employment

• Selected candidate will be required to pass a pre-employment background check
• Ability to work occasional events and weekends as directed by the board
  
   

Required Qualifications

• Stellar customer service abilities with a knack for handling diverse requests
• Strong written communication skills
• Organized, self-starting attitude with impeccable decision-making skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
• Familiarity with G Suite software, including Google Docs, Sheets, Forms, and Slides
  
   

Additional/Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in sports/league software, particularly GotSport
• Experience in youth sports organizations
• Passion for soccer 
  
   

Responsibilities

• Mastery of GotSport Software (training provided as needed)
• Facilitate player and coach/volunteer registrations for seasonal programs
• Assist in creating program registrations, background check administration, team formations, and financial aid processes
• Serve as the first point of contact for club registration inquiries, directing them to the appropriate channels
• Keep club data of players and coaches up-to-date via GotSport
