Looking for a self starter interested in working primarily with dogs, although we do also have a small number of livestock. 

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Providing daily care for animals in the kennel, including feeding, watering, and medicating as necessary
• Cleaning and sanitizing kennels, cages, and other animal housing areas
• Assisting with bathing and grooming of animals as needed
• Monitoring the health and behavior of animals and report any concerns to management

Experience & Ability:

• Previous experience working with animals in a veterinary, dog training, pet grooming, or pet care setting is preferred
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods of time
• Ability to work outside in inclement weather
• Has reliable transportation to/from
• Can adapt to changing daily schedule, and work independently
