KickHouse Client Service Specialists are the lifeblood of building the KickHouse member base. If you love people and fitness... you’re gonna love us!

KickHouse offers group classes in fitness kickboxing; it’s the world’s best fighter's workout... without the fight! Nobody gets hit, hurt or made to feel bad. Helping our potential members see the benefits of getting into the best shape of their lives is our mission. 

No kickboxing experience... no problem. We will train the right person to confidently explain the KickHouse method of training and all of its benefits. 

KickHouse is a well-established, international-wide brand, committed to providing affordable, accessible and the best fitness classes to our community.

Our class formats target a wide range of clients' needs - from young to more senior, from beginner to advanced.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent sales and customer service skills
• Goal-oriented, and the desire to earn a professional wage is a must
• Ability to learn and use our KickHouse software system
• Must be fluent in English and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Must have proficient computer skills and familiar with using several Social Media platforms
• A willingness to not accept mediocrity and a desire to always improve

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Exceeding sales goals
• Emphasize and enforce objectives of KickHouse studio as a fitness and wellness provider
• Present available services and products to our current members
• Must have a flexible schedule and the ability to work some nights and weekends
• Participate in local marketing events and studio promotions to drive the business
• Stay up to date with, and implement KickHouse education standards at all times
• Operate with honesty and integrity
• Any other duties as assigned

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• This position offers a top local wage for Part-Timers and a professional salary for Full-Timers; based on experience.
