Child’s Path, is looking for a BCBA to provide an individualized therapeutic program for children with unique learning needs. Our waitlist to be enrolled in our program is long, and “we just can’t live with that”!

Who are we at Child’s Path?

Therapists that came together to open a treatment clinic in Frisco with the vision of serving as many families affected by ASD as possible and strive to provide the best, most successful ABA treatment.

Child’s Path has continued to grow fast since 2014 developing a culture of teamwork, transparency, and professionalism. We currently have a leadership team of 10 BCBAs/BCABAs and provide growth opportunities in all positions to promote various learning paths and mental wellness in this very exciting field.

We are looking for a BCBA with these qualities and qualifications:

  • Energetic, flexible, and driven leader to make impactful changes in the lives of our clients.
  • Team player
  • Client and client family focused
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Current BCBA Certification

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Getting to know our patients and families for individualized treatment approaches.
  • Guiding your team and families on your assessment, intervention services, and training them on the implementation of the behavior support plan.
  • Coaching the treatment teams to ensure our clients receive the most impactful and effective intervention.
  • Documenting client info, program, and behavior data, and completing paperwork for insurance related documentation.

Our BCBAs earn between $70K-90K+ (base + bonus) based on experience and responsibilities; in addition to:
