Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive program of instruction in alignment with the
company's philosophy, goals, and objectives.
Prepare purposeful and effective lesson plans that incorporate appropriate teaching strategies
and optimize student engagement.
Deliver subject matter content to students in a manner that maximizes learning opportunities,
incorporating real-world, application-based examples.
Employ a variety of student learning modalities within each lesson, employing differentiated
instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
Stay current with subject matter knowledge and learning theories, and actively contribute to the
continuous improvement of our teaching practices.
Cultivate a classroom environment that fosters learning and is suitable for the maturity level and
interests of the students.
Foster positive relationships with students, demonstrating patience and nurturing behavior to
support their growth.
Instructional Planning:
Develop lesson plans that adhere to established guidelines and goals.
Demonstrate evidence of thorough preparation for assigned classes upon request by
supervisory personnel.
Take necessary precautions to safeguard supplies, equipment, materials, and facilities required
for the successful implementation of the instructional program.
