POSITION DESCRIPTION:
As an Associate Sales Representative, you will be directly supporting Full-Line Outside Sales Representatives for key customers. You will be expected to complete Lundell’s proprietary Sale Training Program where you will be expected to learn, including but not limited to: understanding engineered prints, technical material knowledge, Lundell’s core capabilities and manufacturing processes, access to and ability to navigate key customer supplier interface portals, and Lundell’s ERP system and general sales process. This person will report to the Director of Sales and will be expected to strongly collaborate with Full-Line Outside Sales Representatives and the Customer Service Team to serve our key customers and drive profitable revenue.
