What we’re looking for:

We're seeking an Account Manager / Track and Trace Coordinator with a passion for customer service and a keen interest in the logistics industry. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn the ins and outs of freight logistics while honing your customer relationship skills. Even if you're new to the industry, if you have great communication skills, a knack for organization, and a customer-first mindset, you might be the perfect fit for our team.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with contacts within our customers’ organizations.
  • Resolving issues and offering support to our customers’ problems.
  • Assisting with successful completion of day-to-day commitments.
  • Collaborating with Operations and Sales to develop pricing quotes.
  • Assisting operations with adjustments needed to meet customer expectations.
  • Collaborating with coworkers in a team-oriented environment.
  • Inputting, updating, and managing shipment information in our system.
  • Assisting with dispatching carriers and tracking freight to ensure on-time pickup and delivery and communicate all updates or delays.
  • Collaborating with the team to guarantee each shipment is completed appropriately.
  • Assisting in making sure PODs are submitted in a timely manner.
  • Effectively communicating with internal and external contacts in a professional manner.

About You:

  • You're adept at multitasking, managing competing demands, and dealing with changes.
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • You're familiar with MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Excel.
  • You pay attention to detail and strive for accuracy in your work.
  • You're capable of meeting deadlines and performing accurate work with guidance.
  • You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Experience:

  • Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Data entry: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time, On-Site

Location: Thomasville, GA (Must be able to reliably commute or relocate prior to starting work)

Salary: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
