Responsibilities:

Looking for person who can work with eCommerce customers. This person must work well in fast-paced and multitasking environments.

Main Job Tasks: Following up with customers after trade shows and meetings to understand customer payments requirements and propose payment options for them. Working with customers
to collect required documents. Pre and Post approval customer support and other customers related assignments.

Requirements:

- Good written and spoken English

- Multitasking skills

- Data Entry

- Must pay attention to details

- Experience with MacOS

- Good knowledge of Microsoft excel and other applications

- Able to conduct deep online search and analyze search results

Additional Skills:

- Previous experience in Banking or Payment space

- Previous experience with loan applications

- Experience with CRM
