Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Salary Range: $80,000 - $92,000

Responsibilities:    

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
• Provide direct behavior analysis services    
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals       
• Monitor and analyze client progress      
• Stay current with the latest research and best practices in the field

Qualifications:     

• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)     
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills       
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder    
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team    
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
