Meeting Services Attendant
MIT Endicott House (MITEH), a conference center located in a secluded setting on twenty-five acres surrounded by magnificent gardens and grounds, seeks a meeting services assistant. Will maintain the highest levels of guest satisfaction and exceed the expectations of all guests at MIT’s center for conferences, retreats, and special events.
Responsibilities will include setting up and maintaining all meeting rooms and A/V, reviewing and setting banquet event orders, organizing storage closets, maintaining recycling program, removing trash throughout the day, cleaning MITEH vehicles, washing floors, driving shuttle bus, and keeping supervisor informed of any guest-related issues, and performing other duties as directed. This operational position works closely with all MITEH departments. A/V and computer training will be ongoing.

Required Qualifications:
Hourly rate: $20.65 - 22.18, depending on education and relevant experience
This is a full-time position with a schedule based on business needs. It includes working days, evenings, weekends and may include holidays.
