Job Description:

A successful candidate will have specific skills needed to fulfill their duties. They will utilize strong organizational skills necessary to systematize a care plan for several clients at once, while coordinating with diverse healthcare workers who hold varied schedules. Highly developed verbal and written communication skills will expedite and facilitate client understanding of needs while maintaining a high level of respect and confidentiality for the client. The successful candidate will guide clients and teams with compassion, while demonstrating a complete understanding of healthcare procedures and practices. This also requires the ideal candidate have the ability to market, outreach, and brand awareness. as well as the ability to market with other companies such as home health and hospice. We can train the right person.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

• Previous experience in LEAD Caregiving.
• Availablity that coinsides with the needs of all clients on all shifts.
• Compassion, patience, and a strong desire to help others.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
• Be a trainer/mentor to care providers as needed.
• Maintain consistent quality service delivery.
• Fill in if needed for call off's
• Be in charge of the on call team.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass a background check
