As a Mover/Driver, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional moving services to our valued customers while ensuring their belongings are transported safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

- Safely and securely load, transport, and unload customer belongings utilizing our specialized moving equipment and techniques

- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times

- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and dispatch to ensure smooth operation and timely delivery

- Accurately complete all necessary paperwork and documentation, including but not limited to inventories, bill of ladings, and delivery receipts

- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure the well-being of yourself, your team, and customer possessions

- Perform routine maintenance checks and inspections on moving vehicles to ensure they are in optimal working condition

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the moving truck and equipment

Qualifications:

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

- Previous experience in moving, logistics, or delivery preferred,

- Ability to lift and carry heavy items for extended periods

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to think on your feet

- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed based on customer demands

- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while interacting with customers
