Compensation:

• Pay rate starting at $38/hour
• Full-time applicants eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus

Requirements:

• Respiratory Therapist License
• 2-year college degree
• Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in DME, HME (not required)

Responsibilities:

• Meet patient goals and needs, providing quality care
• Train patients and caregivers on equipment usage
• Evaluate treatment plans and patient progress
• Complete discharge planning and contribute to patient care conferences
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Ensure equipment operation and conduct preventive maintenance
• Stay updated on professional knowledge through educational workshops and publications
• Develop respiratory therapy staff through training programs
• Ensure compliance with legal and certification requirements
