Job Description: We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated daycare teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for working with children, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to early childhood education.

Responsibilities:

• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum to promote learning and development.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and daily activities.
• Ensure the health and safety of all children in the daycare center.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Early Childhood Education (ECE) certification preferred.
• Previous experience working with young children.
• Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate teaching methods.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with children.
