Position Overview:

• Administering and scoring psychological testing batteries in a timely manner.
• Actively engage with patients and create relationships based on trust and respect to help support patients in meeting their goals.
• Learn clinic operation basics to assist in the smooth function of the patient experience.
• Help schedule follow-up appointments.
• Lead rounds with providers to go over upcoming testing services.
• Facilitate the next steps of care by faxing and/or sending patient records.
• Timely audits of patient records for closure of care.

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience administering intellectual and neuropsychic evaluations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with patients.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, adapt to changing priorities, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Genuine compassion for creating a safe and supportive environment for new patients.
• Empathetic and patient approach, understanding the unique needs of individuals seeking mental health services.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or qualifying experience.
• Great opportunity for graduate students or those interested in psychological and neuropsychological/neurodevelopmental testing.
• Part-time or contract available (at increased pay rate).
• Higher pay rate for those with previous testing experience.
