Seeking an ACAD draftsperson to join our team. Must be skilled in ACAD and preferably using Sketchup 3D rendering software.  We are an award-winning architecture firm with a wide range of custom residential and commercial projects. We are looking for ACAD Draftsperson with technical skills, is organized, and motivated. 

Qualifications and Skills required: 

• Worked with ACAD software 3-5 years.
• Create ACAD documents - Full sets, plans, elevations, sections and details.
• Have a good understanding of wood frame construction details and best practice.
• Knowledge of California building codes 
• Ability to maintain drawing files and communications during project progress.
• Comfortable communicating with Architect, Consultants and Building Department when questions arise.
• Excellent phone manners
• Flexible and able to multi-task when needed.
• Education: Working towards a bachelor's degree Architecture, Design or AA drafting, construction management, 3D rendering,  
• Can provide three full set of ACAD plans and samples of your 3D work.
