Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls, emails and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers
- Utilize various software applications to complete daily office tasks and reports
- Resolve customer complaints or issues by investigating problems and finding appropriate solutions and information as needed
- Collaborate with our team and other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
- Conduct any "camp oriented" task during the camp season
