Community Acupuncture Ukiah is hiring a part-time acupuncturist for 1-2 days a week to start, potentially more days/ shifts later.
This is a great place to begin or continue your acupuncture career, by vastly deepening your knowledge of treatment techniques and protocols quickly, and supporting an under-served community.

Spring-summer 2024 start preferred, w/availability to work Saturday and one weekday.
Work Requirements: comfort and interest in treating in a faster paced, multi-tasking community acupuncture setting with some knowledge and /or willingness to learn distal treatment styles such as Dr. Tan, Master Tung point protocols. Some community acupuncture experience is a plus but not a requirement.
The work pace is medium and shifts are five hours (treatment time) each plus 1 hour wrap up (closing procedures).
After training, practitioner will be responsible and is required to chart all patients online during shifts or after shift, check in &out patients/ gather payments & keep track of payments, schedule appointments for patients, answer phone if needed, as well as light cleaning at the end of each shift.
Practitioner Requirements: have great bedside manners, some basic level of trauma informed care, detail-oriented and reliable and on-time, good communication skills and a team player.
Competitive W-2 wage plus commissions and PTO.
