POSITION OVERVIEW:

A1 Health and Fitness is seeking dynamic individuals who are not only committed to their own health and fitness but are eager to inspire and educate others on their journey. This part-time position offers significant potential for growth, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role. We’re looking for natural leaders, ready to take charge and contribute to our community’s well-being. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead by example, showcasing a commitment to health and fitness in both personal and professional spheres.
• Engage with members, providing motivation, support, and education to help them achieve their fitness goals. 
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning, constantly seeking new information and strategies to enhance your expertise and our services. 
• Take on leadership roles within our community, guiding members through fitness programs and initiatives.
• Collaborate with the A1 Health and Fitness team to innovate and improve our service offerings. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Demonstrated passion for health and fitness, with a lifestyle that reflects this commitment.
• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Strong communication skills, capable of building rapport and fostering a supportive community environment. 
• Openness to learning, with a humble approach to personal and professional development.
• Previous experience in the health and fitness industry is a requirement, or a degree in a supportive field.
