Allied Universal is hiring a Hospital Security Operation Center (SOC) Dispatcher. The Hospital Security Operation Center Dispatcher will answer telephones and dispatch hospital security personnel accordingly, observe for signs of crime or disorder, monitor video recording devices, and provide information quickly and accurately to the appropriate individuals. The Dispatcher is also responsible for documenting incidents in detailed reports and assisting with the functions of physical and personal security and safety measures of staff, members, and visitors at the healthcare facility.

Qualified candidates must meet these minimum requirements

MUST have 1 Year of Security Experience  
Dispatch Experience 
MUST be vaccinated ( COVID and Flu )
MUST have H.S. Diploma or GED

Shifts Available:

1. Full Time Overnight Shift / 11:00pm to 7:30am 40 Hours

2. Full Time Mix Shift 2 Morning / 2 Swing Shift 32 Hours

Pay Rate $21.00 / Hour 

Irvine Area 

• High school diploma, GED, or 5 years of verifiable work experience.


• Pass employment background check & drug/alcohol test

• Maintain current active status of required license at all times

and must carry at all times when on duty

• Strong customer service & communications skills

• Computer skills to use the latest technology tools at client sites
