We are seeking an Office Coordinator to join our Chiropractic family! You will perform clerical and administrative functions so the office runs smoothly and effortlessly.
Responsibilities:
Take payments and record in software
Plan and schedule appointments
Greet and assist onsite patients and placing them on traction
Answer inbound telephone calls and respond to texts and emails
Develop and implement organized filing systems and store patient data
Check insurance benefits
Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Eager to learn our software called “Jane”
