We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher or Teacher's Aide to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher or aide, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children. Duties:

-Implement our proprietary age-appropriate lesson plans and activities to promote the intellectual, social, and emotional development of preschool-aged children

- Create a safe and inclusive learning environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and independence

- Provide individualized attention and support to meet the unique needs of each child in the classroom

- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive curriculum

- Assess student progress and provide regular feedback to parents or guardians

- Foster positive relationships with parents or guardians through regular communication and parent-teacher conferences

- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education

Skills:

- Experience working with young students in a childcare or educational setting

- Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

- Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with young children on their level
