Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 4-5 individuals and uphold all company standards
• Make sure company systems are being properly executed
• Notice things that need to get done at client properties and either do them yourself, work with your team to get them done, or arrange with management to have them done
• Must be able to drive a truck and trailer in tight residential conditions
• Keep all vehicles and equipment in good working order
• Notice and report vehicle and equipment problems and get them repaired or replaced ASAP
• Perform various groundskeeping tasks such as mowing, edging, and weeding

Requirements:

• Personal accountability
• A desire to improve personal skills in landscaping

• The ability to work in a team setting
• Must be legal to work with a clean Florida driver's license
• Shows up on time EVERY DAY
