We are seeking a Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in clinical research, data collection, and therapy for individuals with special needs, including autism and chronic pain. Additionally, experience with dance therapy, gender issues counseling, psychopharmacology, and coding is preferred.

Duties:
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for clients with special needs
- Collect and analyze data related to client progress and treatment outcomes
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs
- Utilize dance therapy techniques in sessions as appropriate
- Provide counseling for gender-related issues as needed
- Stay up-to-date on current research and trends in psychopharmacology
- Provide counseling for individuals experiencing chronic pain

Requirements:
- Master's degree in Counseling or related field
- State licensure as a Counselor or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Experience working with individuals with special needs, including autism
- Knowledge of dance therapy techniques and their application in counseling sessions
- Familiarity with coding practices for insurance billing purposes
- Understanding of psychopharmacology and its role in treatment plans
