This means if you are established to the work force we can put you in a great position to fit your skills. We need exterior cleaning technicians (apprentices) that will potentially advance to crew leaders, managing and building crews. We are looking for people that love an amazing work culture, display great communication skills, great with their hands and want to master slinging a squeegee :) You will see some amazing homes and meet some of the most incredible people. This is why we need people that have a great smile and excellent customer service.

THE JOB: We have the most advanced technology with a one of a kind skid on each of our beautiful new Tundra trucks. We created an Ultra Pure Water technology system so our employees can clean windows up to 60' from the ground with ultra light carbon fiber poles with a spot free rinse. This is no Windex and paper towel but rather the future of our industry. We also have the best Truck mounted pressure wash system; enabling our teams to wash homes and buildings with quality and efficiency.

WHAT TO EXPECT: At “A Pane in the Glass”, we are huge on culture and communication, as well as great training. Apply and lets schedule a 15 minute business walk through of our business.

OUR WAGES: For Window Cleaning Technicians/Power Washers, depending on your skill level, starts at $17.00 per hour with potential future advancement to Crew Leader. Additionally, Crew Leaders can earn overtime and TIPS when servicing residential homes!! Crew Lead positions open up several times throughout the year. As a new hire you will most likely be expected to work your way up to the position. The time frame depends on how fast you learn the trade and what we need out of you as a Crew Leader.

As our business grows so will our Org chart as more positions will become available at even higher wages. We have bonus programs for upselling, getting services on a regular schedule and acquiring new clients. Full timers earn paid holidays after their 1st year and 1 week paid vacation after 2 years. Health, dental and vision options also available for purchase at 50% (we pay half) for Full Time employees after the first year.
