We are in search of a reliable Office Assistant to start immediately. This is an entry to mid-level assistant position, with potential to grow into expanded duties. This position requires in-office presence – not remote.

Our Office Assistant is a vital, member of our team who supports other team members and clientele. We are looking for a proactive, professional, and positive team player to join our team. Needs to have attention to detail and great communication skills.

Qualifications:
• Excellent Phone Etiquette
• Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook
• OneDrive experience a plus
• Paperless or “Paper Lite” filing system a plus
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the other team members.
• Answer phone calls and greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
• Maintain and organize important documents.
• Assist with other general administrative duties as needed.
